1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make the site work, remember your preferences and, with your permission, measure traffic and advertising.
2. How we use cookies
When you first visit ancorainsurance.com, only strictly necessary cookies are active. Analytics, marketing and embedded-content cookies are blocked until you choose “Accept all” or enable them in “Customize”.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: by default, the signals analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, functionality_storage and personalization_storage are set to denied. While denied, Google tags do not read or write cookies and may only send cookieless, aggregated pings. The Meta Pixel is not loaded at all unless you allow marketing cookies.
Embedded YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com and only load when you click play. The Google map only loads with your consent to Preferences or when you click “Load map”.
Our CRM partner Carrossel 360 runs a measurement script on every page that records page views, clicks on phone/WhatsApp links and quote requests, so leads can be attributed to the campaign that generated them. It sets the attribution cookies marked “Attribution (always on)” in the table below.

4. How to manage your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking (also available in the footer of every page). When you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and marketing cookies set on our domain.
California residents can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. We automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal by keeping marketing cookies off.
